The total CTC at the time of joining is ₹7.85 lakh per annum.

Candidates posted under the Delhi, Mumbai and Pune regions are additionally eligible for a ₹10,000 per month special allowance, while candidates posted under the Ahmedabad region are eligible for ₹5,000 per month, after three months of active service and subject to performance review.

The designation is Junior Officer / Business Promotion Officer, and the role involves target-based sales.

The initial appointment will be on a contract basis for 3 years. The contract may be renewed depending upon performance evaluation and business requirements, at the discretion of the Bank.

High-performing candidates may, at the Bank’s sole discretion, be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I) after completion of the initial contract period or any extension, subject to the Bank’s prevailing norms.
