🎂 आयु सीमा विवरण (Age Limit Details)
- Age Limit: As per Official Notification (पदानुसार अलग-अलग)
- Age Relaxation: अनुसूचित जाति (SC), अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST), अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC), EWS और अन्य आरक्षित श्रेणियों को सरकारी नियमानुसार ऊपरी आयु सीमा में 3 से 5 वर्ष की विशेष छूट दी जाएगी।
🎯 चयन प्रक्रिया के चरण (Selection Process)
- Stage 1: The selection procedure will be decided by NPCC depending upon the response received against the above posts.
- Stage 2: The selection criteria can be by way of Personal Interview or by any other appropriate way.
- Stage 3: The final selection of the candidate will be based on the performance in the interview, or by any other appropriate way, whereafter the 'Offer of Appointment' shall be issued.
💵 Pay Scale Details (वेतनमान व पे-मैट्रिक्स लेवल)
- Site Engineer (Civil): Rs.33,750/- Per Month
- Site Engineer (Electrical): Rs.33,750/- Per Month
- Sr. Associate (Office Support)-Finance: Rs.33,750/- Per Month
- Sr. Associate (Office Support)-HR: Rs.33,750/- Per Month
- Sr. Associate (Office Support)-Law: Rs.33,750/- Per Month
- Sr. Associate (Office Support)-IT: Rs.33,750/- Per Month
- Jr. Engineer (Civil): Rs.25,650/- Per Month
- Assistant (O.S.): Rs.25,000/- Per Month
- Assistant (O.S.)-Finance: Rs.25,000/- Per Month
- Employers’ contribution towards Provident Fund @12% shall be borne by the Company and a fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1250/- per month shall also be paid.
- Additional amount of 12.5% of consolidated remuneration for employees posted in North East Region & 5% for those posted in Bangalore.
