Ministry of Education & NSDL द्वारा Vidya Lakshmi Portal Registration 2026: Apply to 40+ Banks Single Form (CELAF) & CSIS Subsidy Guide के संबंध में आधिकारिक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।
इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य हरियाणा के पात्र परिवारों, किसानों, युवाओं व नागरिकों को सीधी राहत, छूट एवं कल्याणकारी लाभ प्रदान करना है। इसके लिए परिवार पहचान पत्र (PPP Family ID) व विभागीय पात्रता नियम लागू रहेंगे।
