इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य हरियाणा के पात्र परिवारों, किसानों, युवाओं व नागरिकों को सीधी राहत, छूट एवं कल्याणकारी लाभ प्रदान करना है। इसके लिए परिवार पहचान पत्र (PPP Family ID) व विभागीय पात्रता नियम लागू रहेंगे।

हरियाणा Haryana Invites Entries for Good Governance Awards 2026; Online Applications can be submitted from November 1: नई सरकारी योजना गाइडलाइन जारी: मुख्य उद्देश्य एवं आधिकारिक अधिसूचना
Chandigarh, October 21: The Haryana Government has invited entries for the Haryana Good Governance Award Scheme 2026 to recognise and reward government employees for their extraordinary work, innovative initiatives and outstanding contributions towards promoting good governance in the state.
In a letter issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi, it has been informed that the scheme aims to encourage innovation, improve administrative efficiency and recognise initiatives that deliver positive outcomes for citizens. Online applications will open on November 1, 2026, and the last date for submission is November 25, 2026. The scheme covers eligible employees of Haryana Government departments, boards, corporations, statutory authorities, missions, societies, institutes, universities and public sector undertakings owned and controlled by the state government. Employees belonging to Groups A, B, C and D, excluding Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments and All India Services officers, are eligible. Contractual manpower engaged through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited, HARTRON, NIC, District IT Societies or under the Outsourcing Policy is also covered. The awards will be presented at two levels: State Level Awards, comprising State Flagship Awards and State Awards, and District Level Awards.

Under the State Flagship Award and State Award categories, up to five awards each may be conferred. Each awardee will receive a trophy, an appreciation certificate signed by the Chief Secretary, and a cash prize of Rs. 51,000 per member. For team awards, a maximum of four members will be considered, with each member receiving an equal amount irrespective of rank or status. At the district level, up to five awards may be conferred in each district. Each awardee will receive a trophy, an appreciation certificate signed by the concerned Divisional Commissioner on the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner, and a cash prize of Rs. 31,000 per member. Teams comprising a maximum of four members may be considered, with equal prize money for all members. Applications for State Level Awards must be routed through the concerned Heads of Departments and Administrative Secretaries to the General Administration Department (Research Unit). Heads of Departments will provide detailed remarks on applications before forwarding them to the concerned Administrative Secretary for recommendations. Administrative Secretaries, in consultation with Heads of Departments, may also nominate eligible officials or teams on their own initiative, with a detailed justification. For State Flagship Awards, Administrative Secretaries may recommend flagship schemes of their respective departments along with the names of up to four individuals who formulated and/or implemented the scheme. The State Level Empowered Committee may also identify eligible schemes on its own initiative. At the district level, applications and nominations will be received through the Heads of Offices by the District Level Empowered Committee, chaired by the Deputy Commissioner. The Superintendent of Police or Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters) will be a member, while the Additional Deputy Commissioner will serve as Member-Secretary. Applicants must submit a project statement of not more than 200 words outlining the initiative, implementation strategies, period of implementation, achievements, outcomes, positive impact, scalability and sustainability. A PowerPoint presentation of up to 10 slides, HRMS Payee Code allotted by NIC, name, designation and place of posting or deployment must also be provided. The performance period eligible for consideration under the scheme is January 1, 2025, to October 30, 2026. Submission through the official portal is mandatory. The awardees are expected to be finalised, preferably before December 15, 2026, at both state and district levels. A scheme or initiative that has already received an award will not be eligible for consideration in subsequent years. - आवेदक अनिवार्य रूप से हरियाणा राज्य का स्थायी मूल निवासी (Resident of Haryana) होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक का सक्रिय एवं सत्यापित हरियाणा परिवार पहचान पत्र (PPP Family ID) होना आवश्यक है।
- योजना के नियमानुसार निर्धारित वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय सीमा और श्रेणी का सत्यापन परिवार पहचान पत्र डेटाबेस में पूर्ण होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक का बैंक खाता आधार कार्ड से लिंक (DBT Enabled) होना अनिवार्य है ताकि सरकारी अनुदान या सब्सिडी सीधे खाते में जमा हो सके।
- योजना की विशेष शर्तों (जैसे आयु सीमा, महिला वर्ग, या कृषि/पशुपालन पंजीकरण) की पूर्ति करना अनिवार्य होगा।
